How long does a custom order take?

Because each item is professionally printed and personalized, our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days before shipping or collection. For bulk orders (like weddings or corporate gifts), please allow 2 weeks.

What file types do you accept for custom designs?

We prefer high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF files. If you have vector files (.ai or .eps), you can mention it in your quote request and we will coordinate via email.

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

Yes! We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa. Alternatively, you can choose the self-pickup option from our studio if you are local.

Can you design something from scratch for me?

Absolutely! If you don't have a design ready, just describe your vision in the Custom Quote form, and our design team will draft a mockup for you to approve.
